A booking is between you and the business

BeautiBase shows a business’s services, prices and free times, and records the booking you make. The business is responsible for the service.

Paying

You can pay the business at the appointment, or pay by card on the Pay page. A card payment is taken by FeteLABS, LLC through Stripe on the business’s behalf and passed on to the business; the price is the one shown before you pay. Paying does not book a time by itself. A refund is the business’s to agree, and a card payment is refunded to the same card.

Moving and cancelling

You can move or cancel an upcoming booking from your appointments while the business allows it, and the business is told. A business can move or cancel a booking too, and you are told.

Businesses on BeautiBase

A person reads every business’s application before it can take bookings here.

Ratings

You can rate a business after an appointment with it: one rating per business, which you can change.

Everything else

Your account is a FetePass account, so the FetePass Terms apply to BeautiBase in full.
